Omvita Immvest is intended to hold the projects developed by IMM Group, in particular those acquired off-plan (VEFA), as well as the inclusive housing projects we design and support on behalf of private, regional or national developers.

To build and hold, over the long term, a property portfolio with high social value, affordable rents and a protected inclusive purpose.
