IMM Group takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

• Contact form: first and last name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone (optional), profile, subject and content of your request.
• News sign-up: e-mail address.

Only the data you enter yourself is collected. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and sending you the documents you ask for (technical file, investment file, presentation): legal basis, your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
• Sending you our news: legal basis, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the IMM Group team. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Forms are sent directly by our hosting provider, OVH (France), which forwards your message by e-mail to contact@immgroup.fr. No other provider is involved and your data stays within the European Union.

Retention period

• Contact requests: 3 years from our last exchange.
• News: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@immgroup.fr.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site does not use any advertising or audience-measurement cookies. If an audience-measurement tool is added, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
