Immclusif Factory
Building differently
The industrial and environmental dimension of our construction.
A dry process, from start to finish
Screw piles, light galvanised steel framing (LGS) and dry floors: our system does away with the concrete slab, conventional tiling and wet external render.
A large part of the building is manufactured before it even reaches the site.
Off-site construction offers many advantages
- Shorter construction times
- Fewer vehicle movements
- Better cost control
- More precise use of materials
- More consistent build quality
- Cleaner, better-controlled sites
- Less waste and disruption
- A building that can be dismantled rather than demolished
Logistics being decarbonised: trucks are gradually being replaced by electric heavy goods vehicles.
Tangible impact
Four dimensions, one building site
Environmental
A largely dry building site: major reductions in water, concrete, waste and disruption. A steel structure that can be recovered, reused and recycled.
Territorial
Removable screw piles: fewer permanent structures in the ground, less soil sealing and better site reversibility for every territory.
Social
Homes designed around real needs: older people, people with disabilities, young people and students, intergenerational housing, vulnerable groups.
Inclusion through work
The factory opens construction jobs to people who find it hard to work on a conventional site: fixed workstations, a heated and covered environment, no bad weather.
